Website Issue: Error with payment Checkout

Since yesterday (9 August)i have been trying to checkout and pay for my application fee although it only deducts the international processing fee from my account and not the full amount then the all of a sudden the
checkout page after processing becomes purely blank ??(i called my bank they said everything is fine on my side) , this is my second attempt at getting the permit as the first was refused(dumb mistake) they said there would be website maintenance yesterday but today I’m still experiencing the same issue unless my portal acc has been black listed or is it genuinely a website payment issue??

i’m doing it through the Ircc portal sign in
