Anyone with experience with Webform submission after 14th November last year? Please help.
There was a change in the Webform that one can no longer add text besides document submission and hence one need to include a "letter of explanation" along with submitted documents.
I raised a Webform last night, uploading total 3 documents. (i.e. Click YES for the question: Do you want to add a document to an existing file/application?)
Hours later I got the usual acknowledgement email. While everything seems normal, the field for "Enquiry" is totally empty. Is this OK?
I am just worried if the agent does not understand my Webform and ignore my Webform.
