Webform results in PPR

Hey guys,

I applied on July 27th and got my AIP on September 3rd but its not updated on my Gc key account also my medical is not updated which I completed on May 19th.
I completed my Biometrics on November 30th and it reflected in Gc key instantly.

Should I Raise a Webform in order to know the reason why my GC key is not up to date, and is the webform going to help me for getting PPR soon ?
