I am the sponsor for permanent resident living in Canada.
My spouse is principal applicant who lives in India
I am trying to update my financial info.
Somehow, can't figure it out, but one webform took me to my spouse(principal applicant country)
BUT there is another webform that doesn't take me to any country
Which webform should i use?
Is one webform only for sponsor's "LIVING" in New Delhi?

thanks in advance

I was also suggested by canada immigration in fb chat , that any form would do despite the change in VO . I am still trying to get more clarification before I apply a web form. If you already done it, please tell if using web form it delays the process or not ?

I think you're overthinking it. Honestly, this idea of sending webform to a specific office is probably a relic of their previous workflows, which were tightly linked to specific offices. And before computers/databases made it relatively easy to connect a message to a specific file. It's not like email where sending to the wrong address means it can go to a non-existent mailbox.

Do your best to provide enough information so they can identify the correct file, and use your best guess.
