Web Forum Issue

I am trying to submit web forum but getting this error:

(unable to upload image), but I am getting "Your connection is not Private" error.

I have tried different browsers, but same error. Any suggestions?

Are you using any VPN? It shouldn't happen unless you are using VPN.
