Hello everyone..

I have a serious question regarding web form.

Raising a web form will effect applications..?

I applied my wife's student permit on last week of July from canada. since then I don't have update.

Can I request them the status of our applications..? I heard from someone applied on August got decision on their application .

You can certainly request status. Submitting the webform won't impact the application in any way. There are many people who applied before August who are still waiting.

I used a representative when applying for student permit.
Can I raise the web form..?
My consultant is not ready to raise web form because as per her ..web form is raised only when we want to update the status or make any changes or to know the processing time we have to pass the processing time frame mentioned in the cic website.

Is that true .?

When we applied the processing time was one week but now processing time is 17weeks.

In this case can I raise the web form without letting her know about web form??

How many days it will to reply through web form . I request my approval letter /POE. AS I HAVE MY PASSPORT STICKER VISA . ALSO I APPLIED OFFLINE WILL THEY SOLVE MY ISSUE THORIGH WEB FORM OR NOT
