I've submitted my application a week ago, and the review of eligibility status remains "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility." Is it usual to take a long time before the review? The average processing time is told to be 15 days.

Yes I got it approved on june 4th, it took 19 days in total

I never got the message "We started reviewing your elegibility", it passed from "We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility" status to "Approved", it never changed in between. That status appeared from day 1 until the approved one on day 19.

By any chance do you remember at what time (India) of the day the status changed to approved?
