"We started processing your application on [date]" What does it mean?

Hi.... Does anyone can tell me? Applied PR application with one year experience in home child care giver pilot. I got permanent application number in March 2022....on same day I got spouse biomatric request. After that nothing any update. When login.... It's showing "your application is processing.... We will send you a message when there is an update or we need more information" .... So What's the next step?
