WE DO NOT NEED MEDICAL EXAM HELP

Hello guys, I've applied under sds for Canada student visa. In my cic portal the medical status shows as we do not need medical exam. What does this mean? Please help me

Did u apply with upfront medicals ? This message is set by default. If you applied with upfront medicals it takes a while to change to medicals passed. If you didn't apply with upfront medicals then later after you pass the eligibility review they will request for your medicals.
