I have already made an application for asylum in England after six months of waiting my application is refused and I had a choice to make a call but I did not
personal reason linked to the asylum problem here.
I have a valid visa canada my question is
I can make a refugee claim in Canada after having already asked for asylum in the European Union ??

Sure - you can certainly try. You will have to ensure you declare all of the details of your UK application and refusal.

Just so you know, they do take everything that was said, happened in the court, and in your case into consideration but the result will be based on members judgement. Cheers.
