I checked two weeks before Background check turned to we are processing your BC...
I don't know when exactly staus updated may be early August or end of July

Did not receive File transfer email,

Do you know what is the next step and estimated duration.. !!

Not everyone gets a file transfer mail, it depends on your visa office. Your next step should be Medical Request

Can you tell me how to know status changed or not. I usually check GC key, all steps are viewing/checking.
I wonder if you use another method to track changes.

My 2nd AoR was in 10 May, till now no MR.
It is a painful waiting.
