Are you sure this is a wise decision?
If IRCC checks with colleges to see if applicants are still enrolled for September and if you are not and as you already said you have a weak profile then it may lead to rejection..
The 2 stage process was for students who genuinely want to attend Fall semester and your action comes across as selfish and trying to cheat the system..
Also it seems like you have applied for GCMS notes even though it’s only been a month that you applied..
This comes off as being extremely desperate and I don’t think the agents like applications who come off as desperate..
Once you get a rejection that’s already a negative from a fresh application..
You really should rethink this decision of trying to cheat the system as the agents are smart and they already know some people may try to do this and they may deal with such applications accordingly..

I get you. But, would you be so kind enough to ask me what really made me do this? Lemme explain..

I had all my college application as well as my Study Permit application done through my agent. And it is those guys who deferred my intake to next one, so as to safely secure the spot for the Jan intake, just to be safe (That's what my agent told me). Mind you, I was against deferring my Fall term. But, they insisted that I defer and told me that if I get AIP now for the Fall intake, they would revoke that deferal intake to this present (Fall) intake (just like before as there's still Vacancy by many deferring to Jan) which would make me eligible for Online Study. Also, when I asked them about updating the deferal LOA through Webforum, they said IRCC themselves will ask for it and we cannot submit anything unless they ask for it. (They told me this has happened many times before that IRCC asking for new LOA)

Now I don't know whether this is actually possible or not.. so I came here asking about it. And my agent reaffirms that it's possible ( Which I'm very dubious till now) and asks me to have faith in them (I just have left everything to God right now).

Yes, You could say I'm selfish, since it came to this "by my Agent's doing", I was also curious to know whether I'll be able to get Study Permit or not for my current profile.

Also, about the GCMS Notes, I don't deny applying for it. But, it wasn't for me. It was for a friend who had applied in March with complete application and his review of eligibility remained same since then.

I just would like to tell you something, before you blame/judge someone, make sure what's really going on in their side and what they've been through, rather just speculating and framing them.

I totally understand how this situation has a mental toll on everyone. But, blaming/judging someone wouldn't help anyone. Just keep that in mind. Well, that's how I feel.

People have already spend half a year waiting for some response. This is not how it works, most of the people applied before border restriction were imposed. Now they want you to complete your 50% of education at home country. The truth is they will have no chill, if things go bad and you have to complete all at home, they have done it before they can do it again. For example those who have been in Canada can verify you that after completing their respective education if they misses the deadline to apply for PGWP for some reason, they eventually had to leave Canada.If your college or university offers refund, just take it. Or be prepared to spend night studying expensive online course for next few years.
