WCB Clearance AINP urgent

I applied under Employer driven skilled and recently got a call from ainp on October 6 for WCB clearance letter. I asked my employer and he informed me that he doesn't have any WCB account. He applied for it but we haven't received it yet.

Now I am stressed that people who mostly get Ainp nomination are asked pay stubs, t4 and also few people already received nominations who got call after me.

Any one has any experience with similar situations?

Your employer should be getting the WCB clearance shortly if he opened an account with them and paid the fees, but better is to go and ask for it straight at their office as it is going to be faster. Good luck!

I know he will be getting it by next week.
I am curious if ainp officer already decided on my case due to negligence of my employer. As in employer driven stream they check employer and candidate side by side. Not having a WCB is kinda red flag for my nomination thats why I am scared and asking if anyone has similar experience

When did you apply for AINP? If recently and you haven't received your file number yet i don't think it should be a problem. They just probably seen the missing document and are asking for it so you have a complete file. No worries!

I have applied my Ainp month ago and i got my file number too but my concern is my employer don't have wcb account and when i ask my employer they said they don't need to have wcb for office because i am working here as a admin assistant here.I am worried if Ainp ask for it and if it results in rejection of my AINP.Please help me to solve this matter I am looking forward for any advice.I was international student and now on open work permit.

I have a same concern. Could you please advice me what you did when your employer had no wcb? And was there any issue?
