Ways to work in Canada after my Working Holiday Visa finishes

I don't meet the requirements for Express Entry because I only have one year of part time experience in Spain and less than one year of Canadian experience (NOC 0)

I have a girlfriend and she is Permanent resident.
So my visa finishes this September and I have to find a way to be able to stay here and work here

I'm living in Vancouver but I can't apply also for BC PNP.
I'm a 23yo from Barcelona, Spain, I have a two year program in a technical college (computer science)

The only options I'm seeing right now is to apply for student visa but I won't be able to work also

The other option would be marriage.
It takes 27 months but in 5-6 months they let me work, don't they?

If we marry in Las Vegas per example, is it valid for Canada? (Because we also don't want his father to know we are married)

I just want to be with her, I don't care about being a citizen of resident permanent, just being able to stay and work here two years until she finishes studying (and maybe one year more until she gets Canadian citizenship)

Even if my company want to extend my visa they can't :(

Yes - you can get married in Vegas and it will be recognized in Canada. Yes - if your wife sponsors you using the inland process, you should qualify for an open work permit around four months after submitting the application. And yes - the overall processing of the application will take around 2.5 years.

Note that CIC will be looking to ensure your relationship is genuine and that you haven't just gotten married so that you can remain in Canada. Not having any family members at the wedding can often be a red flag and make CIC concerned the relationship isn't genuine. So if you go ahead as planned, you should make sure you provide plenty of evidence to demonstrate your relationship is real.

It's genuine. And apart from this we don't have any other option?

If you can find an employer who can offer you a full time job offer and an approved LMIA, you can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.

And with that I don't need the Express Entry requirements?

Where can I find this information in the website?
I'm working as a Web Dev Project Manager. And I have completed a two year program in a technical college, and know English, Spanish and a little bit of French

That would be enough for LMIA?

If you want to immigrate to Canada - then you still need to apply through Express Entry (or be sponsored for PR by your wife once you are married). If you are fine working in Canada temporarily - then all you need is a job offer and approved LMIA.

I don't know if your job will be enough to get an LMIA approved - they are generally difficult to get. Before your employer can even apply for the LMIA they must advertise your job for at least a month to prove that no Canadian could be found for the role. This is a requirement for applying for an LMIA. Once your employer has met the advertising requirements, they would then submit the LMIA for processing which can sometimes take over 4 months to complete. If the LMIA is approved (not all are) - you can then apply for a closed work permit.

Maybe we will tell his dad and we will marry because Canada doesn't offers us another easy solution for this. We wanted to marry one day of course, but maybe not that soon.

Because about student visa, I can't work, no? It's after 1 year?

So these are all the options we have?

If you've lived together with her for a year or more, I believe you can also be sponsored as a common law partner.

Depending on the program you take, you may be able to work part time while you study full time. You may also be able to work full time for a period after you complete your studies. The questions you are asking are extremely basic. If remaining in Canada is a priority for you, I would recommend you dedicate more time to exploring the study permit option through the information on the CIC web site.
