I am ready with the application and now I need to pay fee which will be around $2500.

I don't have so much limit on my existing canadian credit cards. What are the other ways I can make the payment.
If I don't have choice, I will use my Indian credit card.
I think initially I will be charged 490+490(i. e., I and my spouse) .Right?

Many thanks

There is no fee to apply for Express Entry.

You need to pay once you get an ITA.

Ok, agreed........

we need to pay once we get an ITA

even though, getting an ITA is tough with high score at this point of time, just to take care of , how we do after getting the ITA, we are checking for payment options

Many a Thanks

Cheers!!!!!!!

May be i could not convey it properly, but I have the ITA.
When I said application is ready, I meant all the online forms and checklist docs ready. But now thinking how do I pay the fee.

Don't Canadian banks provide "pay orders" or "demand draft" or "brand drafts", when you have account with them, which can be submitted with the relevant (FSW, CEC, etc etc) applications ?

First Application fee is $550 each, you pay by credit card.

Very new to Canada. I don't even have that much limit on my credit card(i need 550+550). May be i need to use Indian credit card. As hariskhan says, can't I do the payment with demand draft?

Deposit money you need on your credit then you can go above the limit. let's say you ahve a limit of 1k and you need to pay for sth 2k. Go to your online account, transfer 2K from your debit to cc and there you go.

Hi the easiest way to do this is....if for example you have limit of 1000 and you have o pay 2500 dollers.

Simply first transfer funds to your credit card for example transfer 1500 doller to credit card basically prepay your balance and then you can pay it directly.

I had similar situation with me when i had to pay 5000 for some purpose td easyline team suggested me this option.

You just have to over pay the required amount 1000 limit+ 1500 overpay= 2500 as your credit card balance and then you can pay it online...

hope it helps

That is gem of a technique.
Say my credit card limit is 500 dollars. And my credit card bill is 400 dollars this month. I will pay basically $2900. And 2500 I can use to make payment. Am I right?

yes you are right.....

you can also pay 2400= 400 credit card bill + 2000 prepayment= after you pay credit card bill your limit willl be available fully means 500 will available and then u also paid 2000 extra so you can use 2500 basically or the other way round as u said u ll pay 2900 right away as prepayment thats is also correct.....
