ways to Immigrate for NOC 2253

Hi friends,

Greetings from a newbie member of Canada visa forum!

Do anyone have completed permanent residency process under NOC 2253?

If yes, Please share your experience.

I am 39year old Draughtsman Mechanical from Gujarat, India. ITI 2years course completed and work experience of around 12years under NOC 2253 and 6years work experience outside NOC 2253. Last 5years work experience is in NOC 2253 only.

I am single so it means I am the only person who seeks immigration in my application.

Age might be the concern for express entry profile for me to eligibile to create profile or get CRS points.
I have secure 8,7,7,7 band in IELTS general module. I may improve IELTS too if it is needed.

But after filling an express entry check eligibility web page it shows that I do not eligible.

I dont know how to create express entry profile and how to start my application process for WES, PNP, EE or what?

If PNP is the option, which state is positive to welcome NOC 2253 candidates?
If Job offer an option for that? How can I get job offer from any employer?


Please guide me.
