Hey is anyone's application still not transferred to a local VO and stuck in Sydney?

Ours is still in Sydney. To be transferred to Mexico VO.... but hasn't yet. Really pitiful. Not sure what is going on. Watching so many other countries get rapid-passed. Called, had MP call, emailed PM even - it's the same answer: wait 12 months.

Why case processing center in Sydney takes long time to send back acknowledge of receipt email compare to other centres like case processing center in Ottawa? I send my permanent residents application on March 2019 yet I have not received any response. If they send my application back due to errors or missing documents and I resend it again should I have to wait long or they shortens the duration of AOR?.

Their average AOR1 times ran from 2 to 3 months in the past , don't know why but that's what it is. Some cases were finished like magic others were waiting for a 1st AOR for months in 2018
