Way to know if PR card has been mailed?

Hello,

I did my landing in late Nov and then in early Dec I was asked to resubmit the photos. Immigration received new photos in mid-Jan this year and there is not updates after that. I haven't received my PR card too.

Is there a way to know if PR card has been mailed out or they have made any progress on it?

Call them and ask, that's what we did. They will let you know if it's been mailed out yet.

I am located in US and the number doesn't work for me even if I dial with country code.

Ah, I thought you were in Canada. As far as I am aware, it's not possible to call from outside of the country. There might be a workaround for this as I have seen others mention things like this. Hopefully someone with more knowledge of this can chime in! Try searching through the forum for similar requests, there should be plenty.

Cool... I will search through the forum. For now I used the web form and sent them a message. Hopefully they reply back to me. On the website I was able to see that the wait time to get PR card is 13 days, but in my case it's almost about a month now.

You can link your PR card application CIC account online.
