Way to increase points to nominate to OPN

Hello friends
My qualification:B.Tech in Information Technology
Age:23
Language ability English:6 overall(Academic module)
French skills:No french skills(Did not write ref test)
No Canada education and no Canada work experience
I am never married

In order to be eligible for Ontario provincial nomination I should have 400 points..Now my score is 302


CAN SOMEONE HERE MIGHT HELP ME OUT OUT TO ACHIEVE 400 MARK

My doing masters I won't be getting more than 20 points max. I want to improve the score like 60 to 70 points .. which may be difficult but I am still trying to figure out a way ...

My employment comes under NOC A (COMPUTER ENGINEER).
ON Nomination requirement is 400 points is there any other province I can be eligible which needs less points
...As far I checked I could not find any province which nominates my designation (Computer Engineer)

Master + CLB9 will boost your scores by 40 points at a minimum. I think it increases your scores drastically. If not Masters, you at least need to have CLB9 to stand any chance. Otherwise you might have to look for long shot like PNP provided you have an occupation that is under demand in any one of the province. Even then IELTS will play major role in boosting your scores.

I am computer science graduate it is in very much demanded in ontario...Do I think a year of skilled work experience is enought granted by any chance I touch 400 mark

To qualify for Express Entry all scores must be a minimum 6.0, so keep studying. It is a priority to improve IELTS.

Master or 2 post secondary degrees will give you together with CBL 9 on all language skills 50 points.
1. University degree will give you only 25 points

3 + year of experience and CBL 9+ will give you another 50 points for transferability.
If you get that together with your age, you can get easily 460 points or more.

You only need IELTS General test (reading and writing are a bit easier in it).

I guess, that for now you have just 26 points of transferability instead of possible 100. (or at least 75 if you do not want to study anymore)
You have also around 80 points for language instead of 110+

Best advice is to get a bit more work experience and improve your IELS to get over 400 points.

120 points for education
If by chance I get 110 points in IELTS which is 38 extra which gives me 340 ...I don't have work experience from Canada but I have it in India ..It's 1 year.. but I don't know how many points if it adds

With CBL 9 + from 1 of 2 official languages. That can bring you 404 points on the spot.
With more work experience (at least 3 year and it can be in india), you will jump on 430. If you get one more university diploma (it can be just 1 year speacialisation), that can help your score up to 460 points.
With the points that you can get now you will have to go either after education in canada first or a PNP.
