wat does no info means???

I am 1Oth December applicant, under noc 3112, yesterday called CIC because its already 10 weeks.The agent after asking verification questions told me that he doesn't have any info regarding my application. Wat does it mean? Wat should I do?

Application has not been opened yet and put in system?

But this is more than 10weeks and my NOC is very cold only about 100 applications, then its very strange and confusing.

And? They get thousands of applications a week, yours has just not surfaced yet.

But now they are not getting more applications under FSW2014, they are assessing the one they have recieved before 1st January, dont u think that its very late.
