I am registering the EE profile and I am working on the study and language for SPOUSE.

She graduated University in other country and she also has Canada diploma as well.

I am working on information that she graduated university from other country.
I am stuck in this question.

If I click no, then make it another education history for Canada diploma?
If I click yes, then there is no space for Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for university degree.
