Hi I used an agent to help me with PNP and she told me that I didn't qualify or get enough points. I don't trust her. but the Ontario government didn't cash my bank draft but I also haven't gotten it back? I am now planning on applying through spousal but want the money back from my bank draft. can I just cancel it?

the government does not take your money, the woman who helped you - did she charge you any money? I have done all my application and sinc Oct 2017 I am waiting for the permanent papers - but no answer yet! I have been told this take a long time
