Hello experts,
I'm currently working under PGWP and have LMIA at the same time, and I've invited to CEC now.
When I check the work history,
I'm confused about one question because I answered 'Yes' for this question: Is name's job offer from the employer named on the current work permit? because I'm working under PGWP.
But there's one more qeustion: Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? should I say yes or no for this question?

Yes exactly. I've been working for the company under PGWP from 2019 to present and this year, he applied for LMIA for me and got it last month. But my PGWP is expired next year, so still I'm working uner PGWP.

If you have a PGWP, then next to employer it should say "OPEN", meaning it's an open work permit and no employer is mentioned in your WP. So you should have answered "NO" to the first question.

But if your WP mentions your employer, that's NOT a PGWP but a CLOSED work permit, meaning you can only work for that employer only.
