As for the applicant submitting 'quality' information: true for relationship stuff, usually. Security: apart from applicants actually hiding anything, I've seen no consistent evidence that applicants submitting better information is going to change much - it's far more about the background of the individual. In my opinion. I'm sure there are some specific exceptions (people with some govt backgrounds perhaps) of course, but some people get their applications delayed for reasons that are not clear to them.
