I have finally received my PPR, and sent them out the same day as per my timeline.
Let's hope I receive the passport back in time.(before end of May)
Any idea how long it takes for passports to be back after VO receipt?
any updates are appreciated

If ur visa office is london then pp sd b back between 4to 6 wks max.

as per my timeline, my VO is Warsaw, I received PPR via email, my ecas still showing in process, and doesn't show medical received.

-passports
-proof of funds
-RPRF
-new photos

They sent me the PPR today after I sent them an email inquiring about my MR.
They just replied and included PPR couple of hours later.
I wonder If I didnt send them my email would they have sent the PPR ?!!!

well I recently called the visa office in Warsaw to ask about the photo specifications that we should send together with the passports because in the email they have provided me a link which is broken! and also I asked them about the timeline, the answer was that when they receive the passports and they validate that the bank check is correct for the PPR they stamp the visa quickly. I just sent our passports yesterday by dhl, hoping they will get it on Monday at the visa office.

I project that it will take 4 weeks.

tell me more about the bank cheque you sent it... did it include all the information they wanted, and the name of a canadian bank on it??

Same here the link didn't work as well but I managed to find it by searching on the website for the photo specs.
Mine should arrive on Monday as well via DHL.
The check is a certified check from a Canadian bank via local bank. The check has the name of the Canadian bank on it. I added my name and address on the back of the check as instructed.
Hope this helps.
DHl has a new system than you cannot send a returned envelope with this package.
So you pay first, and once the VO office advise that the passports are ready, I should notify DHl office and they will pick it up from VO office. Is this the same case with you?
