Dear Friends
My ecas status changed from Processing started in May - to Processing started in February
Anyone else noticed same change ?
Will it affect our application process speed ?
My time lines as under
App received 15 Dec
Process Tarted (Previous May 13) Now February 23
1st Medical 20 May , 2nd Aug 20 Uploaded on 27 Aug
Waiting for TLU
Any guess , when can I expect TLU / PPR ?

But i think ppl are getting their MRs now...
And why is that dates are changing and why is some has 2 lines and some 4...can any one explain please

Are you from India? Aafi! If yes it will only take 11 months for you. If not the Warsaw office can keep your application for up to 32 months from the date of PER!
I also noticed the errors on the cic ecas, however, it states that there is a problem with online services. Maybe it is related to those issues. Mine also changed from January to December.
All warsaw applicants who applied from july to december not from India did not recieve any Medical requests so far.

With all due respects, your statements are completely incorrect.

1. No one can say how many months it will take to complete an application. You misunderstood the data from CIC website. They have mentioned not the maximum processing time but the average time for cases finalized between 01/07/14 - 30/06/15. They can process Applicant A in 6 months and applicant B in 16 months so the average will be 11 months.

2. 95 % of July and 50-70 % of August applicants who are not from India have received MRs, moreover they already have visas. Your statement is true for files submitted on or after September (maybe only very few exceptions)

Processing times of visa office is the average time for processing not the maximum time for processing an application. Visa office is not governed by timelines to process an application.
Secondly, I am Dec 22, applicant from India, file transfered to Warsaw in July, 2015 and medicals done in August. Receiving medical request depends on the visa officer. Some officers will ask for upfront medicals while others will ask medicals after preliminary round of document verifications.
I do not mean to offend you but facts are different than you have quoted.

thanks guys for reply!

MOst of the people who requested gcms notes got the answer that the processing will be renewed in December from the date of PER.
Considering that your files were transferred to Warsaw but the rocessing times are much faster for applicants from India rather than from other countires such as Russia, Belarus, Kazkhstan, Armenia. People have been waiting for more than a year after their application submission and have no medical requests.

Believe me, should there be any MR it will be at once for a lot of ppl and this and other Warsaw threads will simply explode, so you will not miss the news for sure .
