Dear Annushka,
This is a very good question, I am sure many applicant are thinking of the same. My opinion is:
For FSW2014 there is a clear ministerial instructions to process the applications within 1 year, but there are no processing times set for different stages of this process (like the max time from AOR to MR or from PER to DM) hence I think that the VO reply will not be other than "your file is in a queue" or something like that (but maybe I am wrong). Another puzzling moment is that in the AOR email they are asking to limit correspondence with VO unless the application has exceeded NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES, but exactly how much is that normal processing time nobody knows :) :) :)
However if there are applicant who rose CSE to enquire about application status, please share your experience with us.

Hi Manchi83. Normal processing time for Warsaw VO is 34 Months and New Delhi VO is 24 months from the date of filing the application. :-X

Hey Dreamland,
You are right, that is the official info from the CIC web page, but..... this is only the average time for applications received since June 2010 and it has nothing to do with the real (instructed) times for FSW2014. The table was last time updated on January 29 2015 and at that time very few FSW2014 applicants got heir visas (maybe even non) and the number "34" was averaged based on visas received by previous federal program applications. Currently many Oct and Nov applicants are getting MRs hence I think in Aug-Sept month there will be a shower of PPRs from WVO and when the CIC will next time update the table (let's say on late Sept) the normal processing time will be decreased at least twice :)

All the best !

What is GCMS?

SL means that VO has started the scrutiny of the file. If the case is simple MR will come after some 10-15 days.

Best of luck !

Guys you shouldn't panic. I've never got my second line update at all despite of that I got my medicals request months ago together with additional documentation request and once completed my medicals I've got my first and only update in the system which said that medicals were received, there was never a line indicating that processing was started or something like that. I'm original Warsaw applicant from May 7th :).
