Hi All,

I am new to this forum my time line is as below
Applied-14-10-2014
NOC-2243
Nominated-16-01-2015
AOR-24-02-2015
MR-17-04-2015

I Have following confusion
1) Do I need to scan all the pages of the passport and send because my passport booklet is 60 pages and I have never travelled abroad so all are blank and same is the case with my wife and daughter's passport
2) I am done with my medicals(center had e-medicals facility and they told they will send the report directly) so do I need to send the medical receipt which they gave me through courier? If yes then which address?
3) I have got the police verification certificates for me and my wife and my daughter is 1 year and 8 months old so I assume no police verification is required for her.
4) Can I scan the police verification certificates and e-medical receipts and send it through email or is it mandatory to send hard copies? If yes which address ?
5) Only medicals are needed to be done in 30 days or even police verification certificates and Right of Permanent Residence Fee should be done in 30 days time ?

Dear Annushka,
This is a very good question, I am sure many applicant are thinking of the same. My opinion is:
For FSW2014 there is a clear ministerial instructions to process the applications within 1 year, but there are no processing times set for different stages of this process (like the max time from AOR to MR or from PER to DM) hence I think that the VO reply will not be other than "your file is in a queue" or something like that (but maybe I am wrong). Another puzzling moment is that in the AOR email they are asking to limit correspondence with VO unless the application has exceeded NORMAL PROCESSING TIMES, but exactly how much is that normal processing time nobody knows
However if there are applicant who rose CSE to enquire about application status, please share your experience with us.

Yes, Scanned copy of all the pages of Passport is mandatory for Warsaw Visa Office, including for all Dependants
No need for Notary Attestation

Please send the eMedical Receipt by email to Visa Office
Visa Office Email Address, Please check the Medicals email OR CIC Portal
For example - Warsaw Visa Office - warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
Note: Please check Your Visa Office in Your AOR email

PCC Required Only for 18 and Plus Years of Age

It is recommended all Documents which are asked for in Your Medicals emails send both by email and Courier
Covering Letter for Your Document Kit should be Your Medicals email from VO
PCC - Original Document is Mandatory, So Please send by Courier
5) Only medicals are needed to be done in 30 days or even police verification certificates and Right of Permanent Residence Fee should be done in 30 days time ?

Yes, All needs to be done in 30 Days time.
If additional time required for PCC or Medicals, Please inform VO for extension
