I have to send additional documents and 550 $ draft for adding my new spouse to my PR application. I am not sure to which address should I send the additional documents and 550$ demand draft. Please someone help with the inputs!!

In order to allow us to continue your application you are requested to submit the following items as soon as possible:

-- a certified copy of your spouse's birth certificate along with its translation into English or French by a sworn translator;

-- a certified copy of your marriage certificate along with its translation into English or French by a sworn translator;

-- 4 recent photos (35 mm x 45 mm, white background) for your spouse

-- Specify height and eye colour for your spouse;

-- pay the processing fee for your spouse in the amount of $550CDN


-- copies of all pages of the spouse's passport;

-- updated Schedule A form for your spouse; -- updated Additional Family Information form for your spouse; -- updated Supplementary forms for your spouse and Your Travels form (IMM5562) for your spouse.


Please comply with the above request within 30 days from the date of this letter. At the end of the 30-day period we shall review your application and make a decision on the basis of the information available. We are unable to determine that you meet the requirements of the Skilled Worker program without these documents.

21.07.14 - CIO
05.11.14 - Fee
15.11.14 - PER
01.12.14 - AOR
15.01.15 - 2nd line in eCAS
12.02.15 - MR, RPRF
20.02.15 - Meds passed, docs sent
25.02.15 - Med.results have been received, 3rd line in eCAS

Thanks a lot for your support!
No, they just asked to send our passports, the request itself (printed out), there're also a couple of gaps to fill in (like height/eye color). And two recent photographs (3x4cm). That's it.
