Did you notice that addresses mentioned in "Acknowledgement of Receipt Letter" and "Update request letter" are different?

"Acknowledgement of Receipt Letter"
Immigration Section/Section d'Immigration
Embassy of Canada/Ambassade du Canada
ul. Piekna 2/8
00-482 Warsaw, Poland/00-482 Varsovie, Pologne

"Update request letter"

Immigration Section
Embassy of Canada
ul. Jana Matejki 1/5
00-481 Warsaw, Poland

As my marriage is planned for this month I planned to send inform the VO about in in the same letter with documents update, but noting that addresses are different I am a bit confused now.
Do you think I should write 2 different email to both addresses (documents update to “ul. Piekna 2/8” and notice about my marriage to “ul. Jana Matejki 1/5”)?

Oh come on! People used to wait for 5 to 7 years before. Now the process is likely to end up within a year and you're saying they're slow. Have a look at their officially published processing times!

By the way, your CSE's may further delay your personal processing time, that's for sure. In the recent docs request that I received they clearly asked not to bother them during next 6 moths after meds are done and rprf is paid as the background/security/admissibility checks may be rather time consuming stages.

If you are so anxious even though your personal processing times are just within the statistics, order the GCMS notes and look for details there.

Hi,

just wanted to know as to why are you saying ;"By the way, your CSE's may further delay your personal processing time, that's for sure.".... do we have some data or is it mentioned on some site? Do direct me to the correct source of this information. I am asking since I have sent a couple of CSE for myself since they have made some mistake while updating the new mailing address.

thanks.

Your case may be different as it was their mistake.

Its mentioned in the AOR that"How long will it take to process my application?
Processing times vary. You can consult the processing times for reference at: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times
Please be aware that answering e-mails takes time away from processing applications. For this reason, unless your application has exceeded normal processing times, please limit your correspondence to notifying us of changes in your application."

Hi,

Yeah, I do see some difference between VO's by we have no influence on how they actually work.

By the way, where have you seen this reason explicitly indicated? I mean the reason for file transfer "was to process applications faster".

Yes the file transferred to colombo visa office has sent the AOR stating that it has been done to find the shortest timeline for processing. i.e. for faster processing. Mine fren got AOR from Colombo VO transferred from NDVO.

Hi RomanSPb

The reason for transfer of NDVO files to other VO's was written in Colombo VO's AOR's; hence the statement. Guys with my timeline have already received MR from Colombo VO. I understand that WVO issues MR late but they issue PPR pretty fast. Just praying that they process the applications faster.

You seem to be jumping to far-reaching conclusions from 2 only PPRs (Ioanna and Nargit, who both applied very early, in May 2014). Every case is different, and two first PPRs are by far not a reasonable grounds for generalizations.

And +1 to Roman. It seems patience is not too much of a virtue in some of us. Please, do not spam the WVO with emails or phone calls if there's no emergency! It slows down the progress for all the other applicants. Stay calm and use forum search.

+1 to you too buddy. Let's just pray for all. And yes, no one should contact WVO under normal timelines, only if in extreme timelines. Let's see for a month and we might be able to guess the working of WVO, can't say exactly as of now....but just guesses with lower realistic base. But to be positive and hoping for the best will get you out of frustration zone. ;D ;D

Thanks and +1 back to you.

Today another applicant has got her 'DM' in eCAS. And I mean WVO of course. So they're working there.

Cool! Are they in the spreadsheet?

Actually, you're only a few days ahead of me both in application date, and MR receipt, so don't forget to share THE news.

That's a great news. :) I hope you will also receive DM in few days to come. By the way, people are not updating their WVO spreadsheet.

Hi All,

Congrats all for your PER, AOR, MR, PPR & PR... :)

I am from India, but got AOR from Warsaw VO on 16th Mar. I am bit worried as it takes so long as per the spreadsheet.

What will be my next e-mail from VO? And within what time I can expect MR?

Thanks in Adv.!!

It is just okay for Warsaw.

Have you Got interview call in between AOR and MR?

Well said. Agree with you. Let WVO concentrate on processing our applications. :)

Hey guys,

We got 3 "Decision made" eCAS updates and 1 "Passport request" mail today! What a great news, eh? ;D

For your general understanding of possible timelines: these applicants had their meds done about two months ago.
