No, i've appled to closed WP and my family just visitor visa TRV. And our cases are approved and stamped. I can see it in online CIC account.
I don't know to which email addresses you sent, but the consular section is still worth a try. There are public emails out there on the embassy website. It's most likely they would only forward within the embassy but hopefully to a person, rather than just a catch-all divisional email account.
Yeah, i've sent to mosco-immigration@international.gc.ca and warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca, but feels like first email redirects to second.
VFS is soo horrible, cant trust them at all.

It's not reliable but sometimes the people are nice and will forward. Keep trying the phone.
Omg, you’re so funny...Warsaw said they hadn’t received his Quebec certificate after 6 months since it was sent there. It’s obviously delayed the whole process. He has every right to demand, ok, ask for PPR.
It’s a good sign but I would still wait for a letter from Warsaw. Someone opened your file and will send you the letter pretty soon, I believe. Click on the status, do you have this line “We started processing your file on *this date*”? If so, what date do you see?
For those waiting for ppr directly from Warsaw, once you ship out your passport its a quick turnaround. Ours was sent back the very next day.

Can you please share the date when you sent you passport to Warsaw? What post service did you use? And when did you receive your passport request?
I’ve been approved as a permanent resident but Warsaw immigration said that they would start sending passport requests only when visa offices start operating in Russia again which might not be soon.
I wrote them a request asking if I am allowed to send my passport to Warsaw. No reply so far..

Surprisingly, but yes. I was reaching out to IRCC to confirm that I’m going to Turkey to give my biometrics and as a reply they said that they waived my biometrics and that my case my approved but they will not send me a passport request unless Vacs are open in Moscow..
Wow! That’s great! Congratulations! Did they update your ECAS? Did you also send them a link to the petition? This is good they didn’t make you go to Turkey but at the same time it’s strange because they already sent PPR to some of Russian applicants. So no reason to wait for Russian VACs to open. I’ll never understand Warsaw.
