Hey guys. I am a March applicant. Wanted to share my time line, maybe will be helpful to someone. I also want to say that I was following the forum for last 8 months, and I am thankful for everyone who shared their experience. It helps to go through this process. I am from Moscow, husband citizen from Vancouver
My timetime is:
21st March Sydney
May Sa, BIO and MED
June 6th AOR2 Warsaw
June 10 Bio passed
October 30 pre arrival
October 31 PPR
Next week will drop of my passport and will let you know how long visa stamping goes.
Good luck to everyone who are still waiting for news
Wow so fast!! we are entering the 17th month. But we are thankfully near the end!!

It's 2:30am, I checked my phone and I had an email notification to check my account. My heart almost skipped a beat, I called my husband immediately cause I was scared/nervous. They could be requesting an interview or more documentation or a ghost update. We got the pre arrival letter! I know it's not much but it gave my husband and I a little hope.

I feel for you. And you know, when I get an email from CIC, it drives me crazy the same way as you said. Can't breathe, can't even type my password and log in to my account :D I hope our day comes and I hope it comes soon...

Ok now I am worried again. I was reading the application details and under interview it says "Your interview was cancelled. Check your messages for details" Neither my husband or I received any request about going for an interview and there are no messages either. Could this cancelled interview jeopardize our application? It makes no sense cause I check the account daily and I have never seen anything.

Good Morning Everyone,

We have been lurking on this forum for the last year or so while preparing our documents and submitting earlier in April. We just received the Pre-Arrival services letter in GCKEY and we see a decision made under ECAS.

This is our current timeline:
PA: Russia
Application Received: April 12,2019
AOR: May 23,2019
SA: May 30, 2019
Bio Passed June 12,2019: Medical Passed: June 16, 2019
AOR2: July 03, 2019
Pre Arrival Letter: November 05, 2019
ECAS Decision Made: November 05,2019

Would you look at that! Our ECAS account says "Decision Made"

Please tell me this is a good thing?

We have an update. Our MP called us tonight and got a new update on our case. Warsaw is deciding if my husband needs the authorization to return to Canada or not. ( If he does we just have to pay a fee) MP feels our case moving along now. Fingers crossed we will hear from Warsaw within the next 2 weeks. Contacting the MP does seem to help speed up our case each time. This is very motivating! I was feeling very hopeless today.

I'm sorry, what does this mean?

Is your husband a sponsor or a PA in your application?

And also, does you MP call you without your request? :)

I got an e-mail .IRCC not satisfied that my marriage is genuine. Have been given 30 days to appeal. Hired a lawyer .
Sorry to hear that... Can you please give more details about your case? What red flags could they consider? Do you think your support documents were full and sufficient? Did you have an interview?

And now if you appeal, what timeline is it going to be?
