There were no red flags in our notes. Although my husband need the authorization to return to Canada since he was deported from Canada 3 years ago( He did leave on his own free will)
Wow! I guess anything "extra" increases the processing time but that's pretty extreme. Hope you hear something soon...you are at the point where you can inquire and get an explanation.

This is our 2nd application( long story lol) previous one was inland. That one took 16 months for them to make a decision. That one was denied only due to it being an inland application and we had to leave Canada due to the deportation order. Our rep contacted them and they said we contact us if they need anything else from us or when they make a decision on my husband. yeah ok..

Ugh...so sorry to hear this. Hope you hear something soon. The waiting is torture, I know.

Looks like my application will be sent here because PA is from Russia. Ugh, not stoked about that... To make it worse I'm applying from Quebec which might delay the whole thing for all I know... We were hoping to get lucky but it looks like it won't happen :(

Hi and welcome here. Don't be upset. This not a question of luckiness:)
Quebec doesn't delay your process, at least until Federals will process whole application in one month;)
