Checked ECAS today, and saw a DM :) finally
Is PPR usually done by mail or email?

I think you need to have at least 10 posts to be able to edit your details.
Have you ordered GCMS notes?

Ah I see, i haven't posted enough yet :)
I have not, I will wait patiently until June max July for updates, if they don't come I will then request the notes.
Deep down inside my hope is that our application will be finalized by end of may / early June.. just a statistical hunch ;)

So I landed on May 2nd. My husband and our baby-girl came with me. We traveled to Calgary via Toronto where we did the landing. We had 3hrs 45min until the flight to Calgary. The whole process took around 1,5hrs from the moment of touching down in Toronto to proceeding to our gate. All 3 of us completed the same declaration. At the Immigration Office area there was a long line up, but thankfully it was moving very fast. The only questions the officer asked me was whether I was convicted or not, whether I have any money to declare, and if I have any items of mine coming in after. As the answers were NO, we had no problems going through customs. They didn't ask to present any baggage item lists nor open our suitcases. Just took our declaration form.
So quick and easy. As you have your CORP, they process you super fast and are very friendly. It happened so fast I didn't manage to realise that it is finally over. I can finally live and establish myself, and be with my hubby and our kids here in Canada. Unbelievable! :o ;D ;D :D

This forum is magical! I wouldn't be able to complete the application as perfectly as I did, so nothing had to be resubmitted or added, if not for this forum! No words can explain how thankful I am to all of you that help each other! You basically help people get their lives back and reunite families! We truly are in all this together!
Thank you soooooo much! I hope everyone gets his papers done very soon!
Love! Take care! ;)

Welcome to Canada :) My wife landed in November, but before that I spend hours and hours on this forum page. I got so used to visiting the page on a daily basis, that 5/6 months later and I still visit at least once or twice a week. It's great to share our experiences with the new applicants and give them hope that, there is light at the end of tunnel. :)

Just got the request for RPRF, just after being transfered to Warsaw exactly a month ago! :)
Does it mean the interview is waived?

Most likely, but they can request an interview at any time, just FYI

thanks for a quick reply! hubby and I were 100% sure that there will ba an interview, but now our lawyer says it is very unlikely :) you know, there has been enough stress and pressure with the whole process...

It's been over a week now :( still no PPR

I would give them one more week then try to get in touch with them.

Send them an email as the visa section doesn't have a phone line :) best way to get in touch and it might take them a few days to get back to you

We received PPR today! December application here.

Congrats! When do you plan to land?
I still haven't mailed my application, we're waiting for one more document to arrive. And I'm heading on a trip today so everything will postpone for at least two more weeks. Oh well.
