Hello everyone, I checked ecas this morning and it show that the permanent resident application is 'In Process' (previously it said 'Application Received'.

Does this mean the application arrived in Warsaw?

Also, where do people see that their medical a were received in ecas, I can't seem to find that anywhere..

It looks like after holidays, the embassy changes the status of the application to "In Process" once they acknowledge that they have received the application in the embassy. That usually goes together with issuance of AOR2, an email (I don't know if they actually send you a regular letter if you haven't provided an email address on your application, but i think they should) that says that your application has been received by the embassy. In the footer there would be embassy's address in Warsaw. Sometimes the email isn't sent right away (Warsaw seems to do that on Thursdays) so I'd just wait a week, you will probably get it soon.

In my case I've sent my medical documents together with the whole application. The doctor sent the results directly to the eMedical, I just had to attach 2 pages of confirmation I got from the doctor.
After receiving first AOR from CIC my ECAS looked like that:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 19, 2015.
2. Medical results have been received.

During the holidays it seems like the way they notify people and inform you of the applications status has slightly changed, so if your ECAS could not show that information at all. However if your application was missing some important documents, it wouldn't be sent to the embassy. Instead you would be asked by CIC in Canada to submit missing documents, before they will proceed with your application.
One thing you can do is call CIC in Canada over the phone (if you are in Canada in person, or ask your spouse to do that), as they should be able to tell you if once your application was received, they have noticed the medical documents or not. You could also sent a case specific inquiry to Warsaw embassy, but they might not answer, as it's obvious for them that once they receive application in Warsaw, it should have already attached medical documents.

Sziha, I think my passport is back from the CPC-O, yay! My tracking number was activated last Friday, and today mailman called us to sign for it but unfortunately we wasn't home. Gonna pick it up tomorrow CPC-O received it on Monday 28th Of September and send back on 2nd of October. So u might get urs back by the end of this week or beginning of the next cheers!

Great news! My passport reached CPC-O on Friday morning. I'm waiting now for the returning envelope tracker to activate

I see that you are both living in Canada already, applying for the outland process so I believe that your documents were sent to Ottawa?
My passport copies were send to Warsaw VO (reached the WVO on Tuesday) and I'm wondering how long it's going to take. Looking at the Warsaw spreadsheet I see that Fongnation and k_d've got their DM lately (only a few days after their PPR). Does anyone know if they are in the Warsaw of Ottawa VO?

I got an e-mail from Warsaw today asking me to send a pre-paid envelope for my immigration documents! They did not ask me to send the passport to them. Just a courier pick-up Yay! I'm going to run to UPS now!

Hi Userpg....maybe I can help as I'm going through that exact process. Warsaw asked my wife to send passport pages on September 25, and on October 01, they replied back asking for Passport to be sent for Visa issuance. Since my Wife is Armenian, we are now dealing with Moscow Visa Office but we are hoping the get back the passport within a week or two. DM was updated as soon as they asked for the PPR, a day after I think.

Thanks userpg! Yeah I have send my passport to Ottawa CPC-O on 25th of September, got it back this Monday with visa stamped on 29th of September yay! Now it's landing time
They asked to enclosed to prepaid envelopes but returned one back empty along with passport and corp oh and I got DM on ecas even before my passport reached Ottawa...

I am SO happy, going home from work to tell the news to my wife! She will be very, very happy to hear it too

BTW it took only 85 days since SA and our application was processed in Warsaw for 63 days only

I hope they will continue to be that fast I wonder if it's a quiet period for Warsaw (not many applicants) I have hope for November but from what I see most people that got their PPR fast were already leaving together... I am in a different situation I met my wife on the net and we have seen each 7 times but on short trips only... living together for CIC is the best proof you can have that gives no doubt and could be a reason for fast processing

Keep your fingers crossed, I saw many couples sharing stories similar to yours and they got approved fast as well ( check the success stories thread). Good luck!

I've made three different estimates, based on the last 3, 5 and 7 successful candidates. I've calculated it based on the dates we got our Sponsorship Approval dates.

The trend has been faster and faster times, so I hope that it continues and the passport request comes even faster for us!
