Never found any threads for Warsaw processing, so just wanted to pass on our experience and timeline. Hope it helps!


Outland Processing time for Warsaw

8/18('11) Outland App submitted CPCM
11/3('11) Sponsorship approved
12/1('11) E-mail of App received in Warsaw
1/6 ('12) Request for police certificate
1/26('12) Request for copy of passport (all pages) via email or fax.
2/2('12) COPR is ready. Pre-arrange courier or it will be sent via registered mail. (probably because of my recent address change)

Great guys, congrat.....My application was received by CIO on may 3rd, it need to be sent to Warsaw, but only God will know when it will happened. I'm on FSW no job arranged, thank you.

Even if it's difrend kategory, at this stage I thing time between MR and PPR can be the same, lets see who's going to get PPR first ?

Any update from you side? and do you know how long admissibility review takes? is it the last step?

No update at all, in my case admissibility review took 7 months (I believe) and after MR this is last step before PPR. But every case is befriend. After MR( 07,2013) I was asked to pay RPRF and to send a copy of passports(02,2014) and since that I have no news regarding PPR.

It is so strange, although we paid the RPRF and sent copies of our passports, we got nothing from them, it is so fustrating.

Sorry I haven't been here for two weeks, actually I've got decision made on June 13th and I'm finally in Canada .

My PR application is processed by Warsaw VO too. Any news from anyone so far?

Hi guys can someone help me. I applied for parental sponsorship in June 2010 for my mom. She was to go through Moscow office. I got approved as a sponsor in Dec 2014 and few days later received an acknowledgement from warsaw office on Dec 22 that they have the file. Official time frame is 59 months (as per cic site) now for this portion of the process. Does it usually take less? If yes How long? Thanks in advance
