I think I should wait till middle of Oct as WVO
received my last document / PCC was on 14th
July 2015.

But your mails eases me off every now and then.

Shiva , no need to wait till mid October.. On an average they are taking 2 months to give DM/PPR from the time of docs reaching to them. You can expect it any were btw 15 sep-30 sep.. My feeling is that you will receive it even earlier as WVO shifted there speed from slow mode to fast mode.. They are showering DM's. Good luck

Hello friends

I have been asked India PCC and USA PCC FBI clearance(if applicable) on May 9.

I had a Masters degree from US university (by distance education). i have never travelled to US. Looks like WVO officer is waiting for my US PCC which i cannot obtain. Already raised CSE, but there is no reply from WVO.
Please suggest how to communicate to WVO about this issue.

PER : 26 Feb 2015
MR: 9 May 2015
TLU: 26 May 2015
PCC, RPRF received at WVO: 1 June 2015

The mail from there side itself says that you need to send usa pcc only if its applicable. I suggest you to raise another cse and inform them that you have send all the docs requested except usa pcc as it is not applicable to you and ask them to confirm the same. I think they are fine with your documents or else you would by now received from there side a rejection letter on basis of not submitting usa pcc. You will get ur dm/ppr very soon. Good luck.

Thanks for you well wishes and prayers. However, I would like to share an info.
As you suggested, I sent an email to WVO on my updates (employment, address
and asking for confirmation whether they have received all my docs and PCCs) on
Thursday midnight, and very surprised and happy to see them updating my eCAS status to DM
So very happy and thanks to you buddy!
