What type of call centre? Call Centre agent TEER is 4 - 64409 and not eligible for EE. Look at PEI PNP or AIP and see if eligible.

I only have one year left in my work permit and my current job is ready to give me noc b papers so does it matter that the noc b codes should be same for both the jobs .

You can count your one year and 7 months as a food supervisor for your EE profile. IRCC uses the TEER system so how can employer give you NOC B if you are a call centre agent?

If applying through PEI PNP and AIP then read the requirements as you need a job with a designated employer.
