Hi,
I am a permanent residence of Canada. I lived almost 11 months in Canada and after that I back to my country where I am planning to do some courses but for that I need to stay outside Canada for two years continuously.
Will it does it effect on my Permanent Residence Status.
Thank You

You can be outside Canada for up to 3 years = 36 months = 1095 days total in a 5 year period so being away for 2 years will not be a problem.

Thanks Leo
I knew I need to be live in Canada for 2 years in a 5 year period but just wanted to make sure that there will be no problem in future regarding this issue. Once again thanks for your reply
