I am a Nigerian and Highly interested in migrating to Canada.

I hold an ND Elect/Elect, HND Electronics and PGD Computer Engr.

Please, did anyone have idea about when Canadian Government will come up with her VISA LOTTERY in any of their Province/State.

Canada and its provinces have no plans to put in place a visa lottery. You should not be expecting one.
