Hello everyone,

I am from India. I got admission to University of Windsor in MASci in mechanical engineering for Fall-2018.
1 month ago I have applied for the student visa application that is rejected. Reason for the rejection is mentioned as below
"I am not satisfied that you: have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue "
My total living and tuition fees for the two years study will be 62000 CAD. I have shown 68000 CAD as a movable assets and additional 72000 CAD as non movable assets. So totally it is higher than the requirement even though they rejected my application. (But here I wanted to mention that I have transferred GIC but haven't transferred tuition fees for the university as it was not defined by the university for the Fall-2018 )
Please guide me what would be probable reason on rejection of my application.
Bellow are the some another queries:
  1. is that allowed to show saving from the parents for the financial support?
  2. is the allowable to include mutual funds as a financial support?
  3. I have multiple address proofs in my single application. is that affect? (My all address proofs are on my older homes. My parents all address proofs are on my new homes. Currently I am living on rent so my current education loan is on my current address.)
My humble request to all of you please guide me as early as possible thus I will be able to attend my university in this Fall.

  1. is that allowed to show saving from the parents for the financial support? Yes
  2. is the allowable to include mutual funds as a financial support? Yes, if they are in your name.
Primary would be your bank statements. You have to prove you have the funds to cover living expenses for one year, plus tuition fees. I don't have an answer to the other questions you have, I'm afraid.
