Want to travel to USA....need some help

Hi,
First let me explain my profile....i am an international student from India....my TRV is expired but have a valid study permit and off campus work permit till Nov 2014...i am about to graduate in mid Aug 2014 and wanted to travel to USA right after my exams for two weeks....i already have a Usa vistor visa valid till January 2015.....

1) can i still re enter canada based on my study permit even after my graduation
2) is it ok to travel to usa in august 2014 even if my USA visa are about to expire in Jan 2015
3.) can i be harrased about the need to re enter canada when i am already graduated....( i would still be waiting for my results whilst i am in usa)

1) and 3) . No idea on the canadian study permits.

2) You can definitely enter USA until you have the B1/B2 visa within the visa expiry time.

You need to apply for a new TRV because neither SP nor WP authorize re-entry to Canada.

you will need a visa to come back. so its better u apply for one.

But last night when i saw some threads....people said that they were able to re enter on valid study permits.....i am very confused.....
