want to study in Canada .... plzzzzz help.....!!!!

my uncle is in canada from last 20 years and nationalize there. he is well settled there and asking me for studies in canada... i want to study in canada . plz tell me that how much he can help in my study visa if he helped me and send me sponsor letter for studies from canada ..... will it affect my visa application?????????/
