Your niece will need to apply for a TRV (tourist visa). To be approved, she will have to prove that she has strong ties to her home country (job, assets, immediate family) and has no plans to remain in Canada long term.

If your niece wishes to remain in Canada long term (rather than just visit), then she will need to apply to immigrate to Canada independently through the skilled worker program, skilled trades or one of the other immigration streams. You cannot sponsor her.

Thank u for ur response :) it means even If I can get an affidavit of consent with a notarized and I put her name as a aguardian and I want her to be accompanied of my son, is she still need to apply for tourist? Is there's no other way even I can provide her needed like for financially? All I just wanted is there's somebody that can accompany of my son..

Anybody from a country that requires a visa to enter Canada will have to formally apply for one before they travel. It doesn't matter what the reason for the travel is... It will still need the correct visa for that type of travel..

Just out of curiosity, how long have you been in Canada? Are you a PR or a Canadian citizen?
Was your son born before you moved to Canada, and if so, did you declare him in your application?

I would have though that just a simple "visitor" visa would be enough. She may have to prove that she will have to return home after her visit is over. I assume that your sons father will give any required consent for the immigration and for your niece to take him out of the country?

She needs a tourist visa. There is no other way.

Thank u so much for this ideas...what if my niece denied can I still pick up my sons back home right? I'm a single mom and my sons using my last name ,does he still need a consent from his father? And what if I bought a ticket for my niece back and forth do u think that is enough to bring my sons here.? I'm sorry for my too much questioning :'(

Yes, unless you have sole legal custody (court order) you will need his consent. (at least, that would be the UK situation)

I guess that if the father is "unknown" and has made no parental claims, you could be ok. Might be a good idea to check with a professional advisor and/or CIC.
