Hey , I am on a student visa studying in a University in Toronto
I was told that if i know 5 earning people here in Canada and can get them to agree i can sponsor my mother and siblings to come here...

But my family isnt refugee? Do they still come by refugee status? Is that legal?

No you have to be an actual refugee to qualify for the group of 5 program.

yes, u get student to work visa and then apply for PR based on Canadian experience. Once PR for 3 years, then you can sponsor your parents.

Quick correction you can enter into the lottery to sponsor your parents if you have made over the minimum income for 3 years and once you have become a PR.

No. You have to complete your studies, then apply for PGWP and work for 1-3 years and then apply for PR if you qualify.
