Want to opt LAW CLERK diploma from Canada

Hi

I am done with my IELTS 6.5 Bands overall (L-6.5,R-6.0,W-6.5,S-6.0). I want to opt law clerk as a career option because in the recent past since 2011, I had been associated with an advocate of Delhi High court & Supreme Court . I explored that their is a specialized course for judiciary clerks . I have also done Certificate in Human Rights and have worked with Non-Government Organization.

Benevolently respond to my undermentioned queries :-
1. What are the benefits I can avail after completing 2 years diploma ?
2. What are the possibilities of Student Visa for this course?
3. How can I significantly make the visa coordinators realize that I would be back in my home country?

2. If the program is full time and above 6 months of duration you shall get a student permit.

I have applied for the " law clerk co-op " Diploma of 2 years in Algonquin college & Fanshawe college on the behalf of my undermentioned documents .

Because, I am going to give them a valid documents like :-
1. 10th - C.B.S.E - May 2008 - 58 %
2. 12th - C.B.S.E - May 2010 - 72%
3.Work Ex -Advocate L.S.Saini & Company ( Specialization in Criminal cases ) - Sep'2010 to Oct'2011
4.Work Ex -Advocate S.k. Arora & Assosciates ( Specialization in Civil litigation) - Nov'2011 to Aug'2012
5.Certificate in Human Rights - IGNOU ( School of Law ) - Dec'2012 to Dec'2013 - 60%
6.Work Ex -AAM Foundation Non-Government Organization - Oct'2013 to March'2014
7.IELTS - British Council - April'2014 With overall 6.5 Bands with no band less than 6.

My Queries??

1. How much duration of the gap between academics do they accept as per the Immigration laws & Regulations in Canada ?
2. What can the possibilities for the visa ? Do you have any idea about SOP how can I write effective letter to high commission for the study permit?

1) CIC does not care as long as you work.
2) It depends how convincing is your SOP. Nobody can help you with writing it. But you could try GOOGLE.
