Want to open my own business in Toronto,Canada

hello how are you.I hope everyone is doing good.I need to get information for my Uncle who is a businessman.He has his leather business here in Pakistan and also do business in China and US.He wants to open his own leather company in Canada and wants to migrate there.Can you please tell me what will be the process so he can open his own company there because he frequently goes to US and other countries but as Canada is growing economy and best for business he wants to open his business there so can you please tell me what will be the process for him so he can migrate with his family there and how much money and time it will take thank you.

better if he finds someone and start trading already, eventually he can apply for PR or any other visa.
