Want to know what would be better either PR or Work Permit?

Hello to all,

I am working as a software developer at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. I want to shift to work in canada. Now the thing is that what would be better for me to choose either Work Permit or PR @ Canada.( P.S. yet need to give IELTS). Thus in very short period of time.

I want to know the total details for both process.

Hi!
You can either apply for an Open Work Permit ( this is WP without any specific job to adhere to), or if you already get a job there, your employer can apply for your work permit. Work permit expires after few years, and eventually you need to figure out a more permanent way to stay there, i.e. a PR.
You can also apply for PR for federal skilled workers quota. the quota is 25000 per year, so there shdnt be any problem.
You can get all the details in cic site. See, which option you fit in best, given the documents that you have.

Do i need a LMO for express entry and what about IELTS band.... ?
