CEC works on a Pass/Fail process. The moment you pass CIC's requirement of >1yr of work exp.in Canada, you dont need to bother about your application. However, stay transparent to CIC about any change/updation in your work/personal status from what is specified in your application.

It is clearly mentioned not to go for medicals when you are in your menstruation cycle. this hampers the urine test. be very sure that no where near to the date of your medicals do u have any dim probability of menstruation.
