Want to know what does the status means

I have applied and submitted my passport and documents.
I got the status on tracking ID that your passport has been collected by Canada visa application centre on 14/10/2016 and till now the status is same, I am totally confused not getting what does it means..
can anybody help me...

It means that the visa office is processing your application.

I had applied on 24/9/2016.
On 12/10/2016 I got the status that ur passport is processed and dispatched and ready for collection on 14/10/2016 I received your passport as been collected from Canada visa application center.

Your question is not clear. As you have collected your processed passport, you already know whether you were granted a TRV or refused

actually I have applied through consultant and I called them they are saying that your passport is in embassy and they are saying it will take some time. that's the reason I am confused .

A decision was made on your TRV application by October 12. If your consultant collected your passport from VFS/VAC on your behalf then s/he knows the result.

I would ask the consultant to return the passport. Just to be doubly sure, try linking your paper application to your online account using the link in my first reply

Yes I had word with consultant and they are saying that you will receive a call from embassy your passport is in processing there is some delay wait for 2 3 days.

Your consultant is fooling you. Your passport has already been returned. No, the visa office will NOT phone you.

What kind of a consultant that person is ?
Did you show them what the status says for your application.

I am calling them but they are not ready to tell me about my visa status. So should I think that my visa is refused.

I think you must stop believing your consultant.
